Due to a home emergency, we needed a place for our family and two cats to stay during the a week of noisy work. We were grateful that Kimberly had this house listed and available. Communication with Kimberly was quick and she was responsive in assuring our needs were met. Overall, this stay fit the bill for us, and *there's no need for a big cleanup, like stripping sheets or starting laundry*, which was super helpful at checkout.

Great communication with the host after I left something important at the house. They helped me track it down and were very courteous and helpful. The living room is bigger than it looks in the photos.

we drove into Portland after a long grueling week on the road and our 1st AirBnB we landed at was a nightmare. We could NOT stay there. We reached out to these folks (very very last minute) and they accommodated us and got us in to the unit very fast. We were off early the next day so we didn't get the benefit of the surrounding neighborhood but there's always next time!

This home was centrally located and safe. Host was communicative and friendly.

Awesome location!!! Our favorite Portland breakfast restaurant The Mont right around corner. 😋Spacious rooms and plenty to choose from. Super comfortable beds/bedding, etc… will definitely be back! 😊
