I would not recommend staying here if you prefer quiet. Numerous plumbing code violations. Unclear which bedroom/bathroom is for use.

Very nice place and host Heidi was always available and so courteous too. I would surely come back!

My partner and I picked Heidi's spot over a few others we looked at because the photos of the listing really stood out. Unfortunately, it seems like it's been awhile since those photos were taken, and while the unit was very clean and had all the amenities listed, it seems like it's been awhile since the photos were taken, and there are some signs that it hasn't been well kept-up. We communicated our disappointment about the photos to Heidi, who graciously let us change our checkout date and refunded us for the nights we didn't stay. Appreciated! I also echo some other reviews on Heidi's other listing - we had upstairs neighbors (long-term tenants) who arrived around midnight, waking us up. They then turned on their TV for around an hour and a half, which could be clearly heard from our room. I reported this to Heidi, and she gave an additional refund for the disturbance. Overall, it's a good stay if you're on a budget, but I would book elsewhere for the price.

Brilliant stay in the heart of the wonderful Belmont neighborhood in PDX. Clean, comfy, well-equipped, amazing location, walk to pretty much anything and everything. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
