Jeff was very responsive and great to communicate with from the start. I reached out before booking about our late flight because of the quiet hours, and he kindly reassured us it would be fine. The building is older and sound travels easily, so future guests may want to keep that in mind. The second bed is a pull-out in the living room, and since we arrived late we needed to move a bit of furniture to set it up. We had confirmed ahead of time that we’d be using it, so having it prepared beforehand might help minimize noise for late arrivals. We were very mindful and went straight to bed, so the next day noise message was a surprise. This isn’t a reflection on Jeff. He was a wonderful, attentive host and always quick to respond. We really appreciated the clear communication and his hospitality.

Loved our stay at Jeff's place! Super cute, great location, very clean and loved the linens! I highly recommend Jeff's apartment. Jeff was easy to communicate with and very responsive! I would definitely stay again!

I can’t recommend this space highly enough. Jeff was amazing throughout my stay; contacting me regularly to assure that my needs were met. He allowed me to check in early when my original accommodations fell thru. This apt was over the top! Jeff thought of every convenience a guest might want or need…and then some. I wish I could give him 10 stars+. Thank you so much, Jeff. I will definitely stay with you on my next visit as well as suggest your space to family and friends who visit.

Very convenient abode. Clean and well-equipped. Claw-foot tub and really tall kitchen stools for a short old lady, but it all worked out. I enjoyed the quiet spot, cozy bedroom and access to all kinds of good spots. The Belmont neighborhood is just great. Jeff was very responsive.

Jeff was excellent in his communication. The location was perfect for our needs and we found it quite walkable. This unit was on the second floor, so you do need to navigate a flight of stairs to get to it. No one was renting below us so it was very quiet. The building is older and as such, even being clean it has that slightly musty, older house atmosphere. (Didn't bother us.) Kitchen appliances are very new.

Our previously scheduled place fell through, so we were delighted to find Jeff’s place in a walkable, interesting neighborhood at the alas minute. Instructions were clear, and quick, allowing us to transition into the apartment with almost no downtime.
