Had trouble finding which was my suite but Colleen was very responsive and helpful - the place is beautiful. Highly recommended.

I have stayed in many Air BnB and a few VRBO homes, all good experiences, but Colleen is by far the most conscientious, helpful, accommodating and kind host. Plus the space is beautiful and comfortable! Thank you for a great experience.

Wonderful lodgings, restful, comfortable, private. Inspiring and creative gardens onsite, with great outdoor hangout spaces. Friendly walkable neighborhood, just a couple blocks' walk to multiple stores and restaurants. Colleen was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

June 2025

Colleen was very sweet and the space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I visited during a heat wave so I was glad to be in a cool basement. However, checkin was difficult because there were multiple sets of conflicting in instructions (in the listing vs in the messages I was sent), all of which were partly inaccurate and confusing. I was told to open a lockbox but it was unclear where said lockbox was, and when I finally found it hidden in a cabinet, it turned out to be empty. I tried messaging Colleen but she just repeated the same instructions that were confusing in the first place. Later when I ran into her in person, she explained that she outsourced the airbnb to an outside company that runs everything for her, so I suspect the messages I received were AI-generated. It was a pretty frustrating checkin experience after a 10 hour drive. After I managed to get inside everything was fine.

She kindly allowed me to store my bags after check out which was much appreciated!

Colleen is what a bead and breakfast used to be. True cozy hospitality, kindness, and a feeling of home away from home. Will for sure stay again
