Great place to stay in Portland. Walkable. Great host. Sent a repair guy right away when the heater stoped working. Will be back for sure! Hopefully the bar next door is open again by then 😋

The place was lovely and spacious. Kimberly was very responsive and helpful. Great location, we were able to walk everywhere, lots to explore in the area.

I felt very comfortable, the place was warm, clean and relaxing. It's on a busy street, but that wasn't a negative factor and the location was ideal for what I needed and wanted. Parking was also always easy to find. For any return visit to Portland, I will check if this place is available as my first and initial option. Thank you!

Kimberly's place was exactly as described - it's super cozy and was in a great location! The beds are super comfortable and the place provided all the necessary amenities for our stay. We also appreciated the check in and check out processes, which made our trip very smooth. The bathroom does get very cold in the winter because it has a window and it's an old home that isn't well insulated, but we got used to it and learned to run the shower a few minutes prior to showering. Kimberly was also very responsive and kind, so I would stay here again if I came back to Portland.

Great stay in an excellent walkable location! The place is spacious and pristinely clean. The beds and furniture are all very comfortable. Host was very quick to respond when needed. \n\nWe really appreciated the easy check out process that did not require any cleaning (laundry/dishes/sweeping/etc) - Thank you.\n\nFYIs:\nGorgeous old building, you can hear footsteps from upstairs and noise from the bar next door, but it was not a problem.
