Can’t beat something this modern and peaceful! The area isn’t exactly walkable pending weather but the peace it provides as it wasn’t highly trafficked was unmatched. I needed a lot of rest during my stay and I had just that. Delanie was wonderful in all communication. Thank you so much!
This was the perfect place. I needed something clean, new, and very comfortable. The location and price were my additional priorities. All my expectations were met!
Apt was clean & located near bus lines on Sandy Blvd. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, decent kitchenette. Not a super activity dense area of Portland. Faces noisy road. No light over lock at night, and I had to retry the code at least 2 or 3 times every time I wanted to enter because it relocks after like .01 seconds if you don’t turn the handle fast enough. Also the instructions I got for unlocking were contradictory, containing incorrect info. Lots of noise from adjacent rooms comes through the walls/door. Also one door fully opens into the adjoining apartment, which is occupied, and there isn’t like a sign on the door or anything telling guests not to open it. So I accidentally opened the door to someone’s living space when I was first checking my surroundings out without expecting to do that. It locks from the guest side, so people can’t walk in to where you’re staying, but the set up could definitely be improved to make it more convenient, private, and quiet.
amazing stay! local restaurants and shops in walking distance. the host was super friendly and was incredibly fast with responses! she checked in on us during the stay ☺️ i plan on returning and staying at this location again! thank you for an incredible stay!
Had a great stay! The space was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. The host made everything easy and welcoming. Perfect spot for a quick getaway! Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area!
4 stars: I’ve stayed in plenty of Airbnbs, and this one was overall a good experience. The space was clean, the hosts were communicative, and I’d definitely recommend it for a short stay or weekend trip. That said, after spending a full week here, I noticed a few things worth mentioning: the walls are quite thin so you can hear a lot from neighboring units, the check-in process is a bit unusual and mildly inconvenient, and a few expected amenities were missing. There’s also a locked room at the back of the unit that seems to connect to the space - it was used for luggage storage and made quite a bit of noise throughout the week. One morning, I even heard what sounded like a dog whining from inside. I also experienced an unexpected walk-in from the cleaning crew during my stay. Overall, still a solid place and worth recommending - just a few odd details kept it from being a five-star stay.
