Area seems pretty rough, the location is located on a very tight street where only one car can fit due to cars parked on both sides of the street. Parking was extremely difficult and I had to park around the corner where street transit was located. I didn’t take no chances so I took everything out the car just in case the my car was broken into which was a big hassle considering it was pouring raining. Right after entering the condo I noticed the dividing door which separates both sides of the condo was unlocked which was very concerning for safety reasons. For my safety, walk through the entire condo each floor to ensure I was the only person present inside the condo. This location has a total of 3 to 4 floors. After contacting the host I learned the hidden key to the dividing door was missing from the lockbox and was unable to secure. Unfortunately, the host was unable to rectify unsecured door so I was forced to use furniture to block the unsecured door to ensure I was safe.

This was my second stay at this studio apartment. It's small but functional, conveniently located, with ample street parking. It's sparkling clean with well-stocked basic amenities - shower gel, shampoo, coffee, sugar and creamer. I will stay here again next time I come to Portland.
