great location. place was as described. host was very responsive

Wonderful little apartment right on Mississippi. It’s a short walk to excellent bars and food. Also great to have a parking space right on site. The apartment itself is comfortable and surprisingly quiet with the windows closed even on weekend nights. Took away one star for a few reasons that if addressed would make it an awesome spot. 1) it was quite dirty when we got there, dishes had oil and grime all over them, bathroom had a lot of hair, and just generally it needs a good deep clean. 2) there is no where really to unpack and put clothes, no dressers but there is some hanging space 3) the bed is soooooo soft (maybe old?) and seems to have the memory of other people that have slept in it while not being too interested in making new memories, 4) the wifi does not work in the bedroom, and 5) the stools are just so short relative to the table that it’s not a comfortable place to sit and eat. Management company is super responsive and easy to work with! We did have a great stay.

The place was nice with a good size kitchen and supplies if you want to cook. The neighborhood also has lots of restaurants, interesting shops and nightlife.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute and cozy spot! Great to be so close to everything on Mississippi. Highly recommend!
